Before you write in

A few things that are worth checking first, since they cover most questions we get:

• The tax estimate looks off, or a year won't calculate. KiraLocum refuses to compute a figure for a year of assessment it has no published LHDN rate data for, rather than guess. This is deliberate, not a bug. It's also always an estimate, never a filing.
• A voucher or receipt photo is missing. Photos are saved to your own device's photo library, never uploaded to our servers. If the photo itself was deleted from your library or the device was restored from a backup that predates it, KiraLocum can't recover it.
• You want to cancel or refund a Plus purchase. Subscriptions and one-time purchases are billed and managed entirely through the Apple App Store. Manage or cancel via your Apple ID account settings. We're not able to process refunds directly.
• You want your account and data deleted. Use Settings → Delete account in the app: it's immediate and permanent. See the Privacy Policy for exactly what that removes.
